We’ll seek to find a buyer for your share within an eight week timeframe. This is to help us find a suitable buyer who also requires the assistance of shared ownership.
If we don't find a buyer within eight weeks, you’ll be able to market your home with an agent of your choice.
Service charges cover general maintenance costs of developments, such as the upkeep of communal areas, communal gardening, and window cleaning (applies to apartment buildings). They vary from development to development.

You can paint and decorate the interior of your home as you see fit. But to carry out any structural changes you’ll need written permission from us as your landlord (unless you own 100% shares) and to obtain any planning permission required.
