The prestigious award recognises housebuilders that deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences. It's presented to organisations that achieve a customer recommendation score of 90% or higher across the full survey year.
In-house Research Ltd is an independent specialist market research company that assesses customer satisfaction throughout the UK housebuilding sector. Feedback is gathered using unbiased telephone surveys with new homeowners, ensuring results are based on genuine customer experiences.
This latest achievement underlines Latimer’s continued commitment to building high-quality homes and placing customer satisfaction at the heart of every development.
