A home of your own in Brent

Forming part of the ongoing Brent Regeneration Projects, Brunswick House and The Waterline are two of Latimer’s shared ownership developments offering contemporary new homes in fantastic central locations.

Brunswick House is nestled in the heart of Neasden and offers modern premium specifications and extra-large balconies or terraces, all within moments of the Jubilee line.

At the centre of Alperton is The Waterline which enjoys a canalside location and is just a one-minute walk to Alperton station. There is also an on-site supermarket and excellent local amenities nearby.

Neasden life

Brunswick House is conveniently located, less than a five-minute walk from Neasden Underground Station on the Jubilee line. Whether you're travelling for work or for leisure, these excellent connections will enable you to enjoy all that London offers. For pubs, bars, restaurants, and boutique shopping, you can head for Willesden Green, West Hampstead or Queens Park. They’re all village-like neighbourhoods with plenty to discover.
Only a three-minute tube journey away, Wembley Park has become a great place for much more than football. The London Designer Outlet offers coveted brands at low prices, while the new Wembley Park Market is great for choosing goods from independent, artisanal businesses; food, plants and wellness products are all on sale. The innovative BOXPARK is a high energy mix of street food stalls, live music and immersive experiences.

Living in Alperton

Many of Alperton’s amenities and travel connections are within five minutes’ walk. Your local area includes shops, schools, places of worship, a sports centre and healthcare services. There’s an on-site Lidl, and a big Sainsbury’s nearby. The canal is a wonderful place for walks, bike rides, or watching the world go by as you sit at a waterside café – one of which is planned for The Waterline.
The Piccadilly line runs from Alperton station, a direct route to the West End and to Heathrow Airport. It’s also on the Night Tube network, with a 24-hour service at weekends. Numerous bus routes give you further options for getting about. Road users have very easy access to the A40 for central London and the M25, and the A406 North Circular for Brent Cross and the M1.

What is shared ownership?

Shared ownership is a government-funded scheme that's an excellent way for people to take their first step onto the property ladder.

You buy a share of the property’s value (usually between 25-75%) and pay a subsidised rent on the remaining share. A key advantage is that you have a security of tenure on the share that you pay rent for that renting on the open market cannot offer. Over time, you can buy more of the property until you own 100%.

You'll need a smaller deposit at the outset than if you're buying on the open market. Generally it's a minimum of 5% of the value of the share you're buying, subject to conditions. You'll need to raise a mortgage on the rest of the sum required.
