Clarion recognised as one of UK & Ireland’s top 50 Inspiring Workplaces
Clarion Housing Group named a Top 50 Inspiring Workplace in the UK & Ireland and the top non-profit employer, recognised for its inclusive culture and commitment to colleagues.
Award-winning workplace
Clarion Housing Group (of which Latimer is the development arm) has been recognised as one of the UK & Ireland's Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces and as the UK & Ireland's top non-profit Inspiring Workplace.
The two awards came at the Inspiring Workplace Awards in May 2026, which since 2015 have honoured organisations that go beyond policies and programmes to create environments where people feel valued, included and empowered to thrive.

In the first of two awards picked up on the night Clarion was awarded 38th most Inspiring Workplace in the UK & Ireland.
