Barden Croft is a new neighbourhood of homes set in the beautiful Kent countryside. Two and three bedroom homes will be available for shared ownership.

This development is ideally located in the garden of England, only one mile from Tonbridge station.

Eligibility: Please note we will prioritise applicants with a with a local connection to Trench ward, Higham ward, Vauxhall ward, Judd ward and Cage Green ward. In cases where demand outweighs supply households with a local connection will be given priority. (Please check your latest ward criteria - some areas of the previously named Castle Ward now fall under Judd Ward).
