We use email tracking on our property marketing emails and service messages which means that we can see if these email communications are opened, if you click on links contained within them and if you visit any web pages as a result of receiving our email and if so, how long you spend searching for what you need.

Doing this helps us learn what is of interest to you so we can improve our content, provide the most relevant materials, and save you time in finding the information you need.

We appreciate that some customers may prefer we didn’t do this. To opt out of tracked emails please tick the box below.

Latimer, where relevant, will use the information provided to respond to your query.

Where you have expressed an interest in a development/property, we will communicate with you via email/phone/text messages about said development/property, and other Latimer properties you may be eligible for as well as news, events and service updates.

You can change your preferences about what you’d like to hear from us at any time by clicking unsubscribe on an email, emailing us directly or telling us when we call or speak to you in person.

We take our responsibilities around data protection seriously. We will keep your information secure and will only share information with third parties when we need to in order to answer your queries or progress your sale. We will never sell your data for marketing purposes. You can find out more in our privacy notices in the footer below.
