What are friends for?

Friends and family who are recommended to purchase a Latimer home will both receive £500 upon successful legal completion of their new property. Terms apply*.

For full details relating to the Development at which the home is being bought, please speak to one of our sales advisers.

Incentive is available at the point a recommended friend completes on the sale of their property.
No cash alternative is available.
Vouchers to the value of £500 will be issued electronically to the email address provided as the primary reservation contact after legal completion and the existing Latimer homeowner who made the recommendation.

Valid from 10 June 2024. Details of both parties must be available to Latimer sales advisers before a new home is reserved.
