Actions, not just words

The report introduces Latimer’s updated Sustainable Development Roadmap to 2030.

Looking ahead, we've set out a bold new Roadmap with ambitious targets across carbon, biodiversity, water efficiency and social impact. Our goal? To generate more than £90 million in verified social value and lead the way in future-proofed housing.

UK’s most sustainable housebuilder

Latimer has been named the UK's most sustainable housebuilder in JLL's NextGeneration Benchmark 2024/2025, earning the top Gold Award.

This recognition highlights our commitment to creating places that last - places that support people, communities and the environment.

We achieved a 100% score for socio-economic development, showing how our homes deliver real social value and respond to local needs. As a purpose-led developer, sustainability shapes every stage of our work. Most of our homes are rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A or B, and 96.5% were delivered fossil-fuel-free last year.

Together, these results show how Latimer is building neighbourhoods designed to thrive long into the future.
