Here at Latimer, we consider ourselves very lucky to be part of your new home journey. But the luckiest of us all? Our Home Experience team. They’re the ones behind the finishing touches, who get to hand those all-important new keys over to you.

A lot happens behind the scenes to make your new home perfect before (and after) we hand you your keys for the very first time. Not least of which lands with our Home Experience team.

They’ll be by your side in the lead up to your move-in date, from organising your home demonstration and helping you take measurements for furniture, to piecing together your welcome hamper and snapping a happy photo of you at your front door on move-in day. But their service doesn’t end there; they’ll be available every day during your first week of home ownership to ensure you’re 100% happy with life in your new home.

Eligibility: The prize promotion is open to Latimer homeowners aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 01 June 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 31 May 2024. Twelve winners will be selected within this time period. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant, at any time, at its total discretion, with no right to appeal or communication thereafter.
By entering The Promotion, each entrant grants The Promoter royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or display (in whole or in part) any intellectual property contained in the content of their entry, without royalty, payment or other compensation.
Winner Selection: Prize draw winner(s) will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries.
Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified via the social media channel in which they entered the competition, by way of comment from The Promoter on the competition entry and private message. The winner(s) will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize. In claiming the prize, the winner(s) will be required to provide their Latimer address. If the winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, or is not able to provide a valid Latimer address, The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for missed notification by the winner(s).
The Promotor must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation The Promoter will send the surname and country of [major] prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails latimer.social@clarionhg.com or writes to Latimer Digital Marketing, Level 2 – Interchange Building, 81-85 Station Road, Croydon CR0 2AJ (enclosing self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date of this promotion, The Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details on acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects acceptance or delivery of their prize.
General: The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in The Promoter’s privacy statement. See also Condition 8 with regard to the announcement of winners.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
