Latimer lifts multiple awards at the First Time Buyer Readers' Awards 2025

- Best New Development in the South | Sherford, Plymouth - with Vistry Homes.
- Best New Development in the North | The Cocoa Works, York.
- Best Marketing Campaign - with The Oracle Group.
