The awards also brought further success for Latimer and its development partners, with recognition across two additional categories.

Springstead Village, a development by Latimer and Bellway, was named Best Energy Efficient Home, recognising its focus on sustainability and the delivery of energy-efficient homes designed for modern living.

Meanwhile, Twickenham Square, a partnership between Latimer and London Square, received a Highly Commended award for Best Partnership, celebrating the collaboration behind the development and its contribution to creating high-quality homes and communities.
